Return Policy
All EvPottery pieces are handmade, therefore slight variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected due to the nature of the process. Handmade items are "perfectly imperfect" which adds to the uniqueness of each piece!
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me at empotter58@gmail.com within 48 hours to discuss the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Policy
EvPottery pieces are shipped using USPS Priority, First Class Package (if under 16oz) and, International standard. Your purchase will be packaged and shipped within 4 days from date of purchase. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail, please be sure to double check your address is correct when placing your order.
Customs and Import Taxes
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for returns.
