EvPottery pieces are shipped using USPS Priority, USPS First Class Package (if under 16oz) and USPS International standard. Your purchase will be packaged and shipped within 5 days from date of purchase. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail, please be sure to double check your address is correct when placing your order.
